To All Volunteers:
The Northport community Band invites volunteers to join us at one of our summer concerts to man our Food Collection Table as we collect donations too help the food insecure in our community.
This can be a particularly easy way to fulfill a summertime volunteerism requirement, and it’s a fun evening.
We will provide table, chairs and signage and will handle the distribution of the food to the local food pantries. Volunteers will receive and pack donations and distribute raffle tickets to donors.
Where: Northport Village Park, at the foot of Main Street
When: Thursday Evenings, July 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31; 7pm – 9:30pm
